Who we are

About Us

Why dryTee? If you've ever spent time in Florida, particularly in the summer, you know that the humidity creates a hostile environment. With the new moisture wicking materials, you can enjoy the outdoors with a dry tee. Something that would let us hike, bike, and camp with our family, our friends and our Scouts.

But there is far more to this story. It takes about 700 gallons of water to make one cotton T-shirt. Globally, cotton crops are responsible for 10% of all pesticide use and 25% of agricultural pesticides. Those are staggering figures. So what can we do about this?

Alternative fabrics, like organic cotton grown with no synthetic pesticides, are becoming more affordable. And cotton grown using less water by utilizing the natural monsoon season are more readily available. Bamboo fabrics, which are grown organically, have anti-microbial properties and are a quick-growing, sustainable crop.

That simple tee or polo with your corporate logo, organization name or favorite slogan can now be good for you and good for the environment. Ask us about the many choices for dryTee apparel.
